Section 94 Applications

An application made where a driver has been charged with driving whilst disqualified or whilst suspended.

Under this section, the court can choose to impose a community-based sentence instead of the usual disqualification.

Limited License Applications

Involves determining whether you have grounds to advance an application to attain a work license after being disqualified from driving.

When applying for a limited license, a driver must apply to the same District Court where they were disqualified from driving.

The hearing includes a disqualified driver appearing before a Judge, explaining strong reasons as to why they require a limited driver’s license. A disqualified driver is required to show that they will undergo extreme hardship, or that any other person will experience undue hardship due to their driving disqualification.
